Tawala Surfing Mind offers accommodation, surf, yoga, and other leisure activities in Tamraght, Morocco.
2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) set out the terms for booking, payment, cancellation, and liability applicable to stays and activities offered by Tawala Surfing Mind.
Any booking implies full acceptance of these GTC.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings can be made online via our website or through direct contact.
A deposit of [30%] is required to confirm any booking.
The balance is payable upon arrival by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
Prices are displayed in Euros and do not include local taxes.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND
Cancellation by the client:
In the event of cancellation by the client, Tawala Surfing Mind will retain the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
If the client cancels more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, Tawala Surfing Mind will refund any additional payments made, minus bank fees or other costs incurred by Tawala Surfing Mind.
If the client cancels less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, Tawala Surfing Mind will retain the full amount paid for the booking.
No refund will be granted in the case of early departure or no-show.
Cancellation by Tawala Surfing Mind:
In the event that we cancel the stay, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an activity for safety reasons (weather conditions, force majeure) without any refund exceeding the cost of the cancelled service.
5. LIABILITY
Surfing and other physical activities involve risks. Each participant must have personal insurance covering travel and water sports.
Tawala Surfing Mind declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or loss of personal belongings.
Compliance with the safety instructions provided by instructors is mandatory.
6. DAMAGE AND LOSS
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property or contents of Tawala Surfing Mind during their stay and must immediately report any damage to Tawala Surfing Mind.
Tawala Surfing Mind reserves the right to charge the client for repair or replacement costs for any damage caused to its facilities or equipment.
Tawala Surfing Mind is not responsible for any loss or damage to clients’ personal belongings during their stay.
7. BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT
The client must behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout their stay.
Tawala Surfing Mind reserves the right to terminate the stay of any client who fails to comply with these conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior, without any refund.
Tawala Surfing Mind accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from inappropriate client behavior.
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
The client acknowledges and accepts that they use Tawala Surfing Mind’s facilities and services at their own risk.
Tawala Surfing Mind cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property during the client’s stay.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tawala Surfing Mind, its owners, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense resulting from their stay.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These general conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Tawala Surfing Mind and replace any prior agreement, whether written or oral.
These general conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Moroccan law.
Any dispute arising from these general conditions or the client’s stay at Tawala Surfing Mind will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
By booking a stay with Tawala Surfing Mind, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions.
